Selling Sales Manager – Luxury Used Car Dealership (Bromley)

Location: Bromley
Contract: Part-time (2-3 days per week, Mon-Fri)
Pay: £250 - £500 per day (DOE & value added)

About the Role: Our client, a new and ambitious Prestige & Luxury Used Car Dealership based in Bromley, is looking for a Selling Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in launching and growing the business. This is a unique chance to be involved from the very start, shaping dealership operations and driving long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Handle inbound sales enquiries, convert leads, and drive revenue growth.

  • Operational Setup: Assist in setting up dealership processes, internal policies, and administrative structures.

  • Vehicle Sourcing & Management: Source, price, and manage vehicle inventory, ensuring seamless stock turnover.

  • Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries via phone and email.

  • FCA Compliance & Administration: Support with FCA registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

  • Dealership Management: Oversee sales administration, vehicle logistics, and general operational functions.

  • Business Growth: Work strategically to develop long-term business plans and establish a strong local presence.

What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management (prestige/luxury preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of dealership operations, from sales to administration.

  • Experience dealing with FCA applications and regulatory processes.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
