Vehicle Technician – Night Shift – Vehicle Dealership

A leading vehicle dealership is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team on the night shift. As an Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Vehicles to ensure they meet the highest safety and performance standards. Working on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles efficiently, minimising downtime, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Perform complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and brake system overhauls.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and liaise with service advisors on vehicle progress.
  • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Work efficiently and independently during the night shift, ensuring quality workmanship.
Salary & Benefits for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • £42,000 basic salary

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working on Vehicles in a dealership or independent garage workshop environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Full UK driving license.
