The Service Advisor Role:
  • Be the first point of contact for service customers, delivering exceptional customer care
  • Manage bookings, provide updates, and liaise with the workshop team
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance plans, and warranties
  • Ensure a seamless after-sales experience in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
What we’re looking for in a Service Advisor:
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering 5-star service
  • Experience using DMS systems (Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop preferred)
