Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of motor trade transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
- Sell car finance packages tailored to customers’ needs, maximising opportunities for upselling.
- Actively promote and sell add-ons such as vehicle warranties, paint protection, and other essential products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on financial and vehicle options.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise performance and hit key business goals.
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Our client is looking for an experienced Transaction / Business Manager with a strong proven track record of success within a Car Dealership sales-driven environment. You will also have:
