Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Conduct thorough vehicle damage assessments
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Liaise with insurance companies and customers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage repair processes from start to finish
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor role:
  • Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in an accident repair centre
  • Audatex/ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
