Key Responsibilities of this Workshop Controller role includes:
  • Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the workshop.
  • Manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
  • Maintain customer service excellence, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on vehicle repairs and services.

  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller working within a Main Car Dealership.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • A solid understanding of workshop processes and procedures.
