As a New Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience to their customers, helping them find their perfect vehicle and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities of this New Car Sales Executive vacancy include:
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicles based on their requirements and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, including test drives.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, and finance options.
- Negotiate deals and handle customer inquiries to close sales effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall dealership performance.
- Manage and update customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to achieve dealership goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and financing options.

- Motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A full, valid UK driving license is essential.
