- Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Flexible depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Medium sized workshop - 5 ramps.

Responsibilities of a Workshop Manager As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Your key duties as a Workshop Manager will include:
- Managing the workshop team and workflow
- Handling customer queries and providing top-notch service
- Carrying out MOTs and assisting with repairs when needed
- Processing invoices and managing workshop purchasing
- Answering calls and liaising with suppliers and customers
- Ensuring a smooth and professional workshop operation
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience
- Ideally an MOT Testing qualification (not essential but preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy workshop effectively
- Experience handling invoices and purchasing
- A trustworthy and reliable work ethic
