  My client, a nationally renowned dealer, is recruiting for a skilled Service Technician/MOT Tester to join a well-established and reputable franchise dealership in Middlesbrough. Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • Carry out MOT tests, ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard.
  • Provide clear and concise reports and communicate directly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Work as part of a team to meet targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Service Technician/ MOT Tester Candidate will be:
  • A fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
  • Valid MOT Tester certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful Service Technician/ MOT Tester will receive: 
  • Basic Salary up to c. £39,000 tailored to your experience with the potential to earn up to c.£45,600 OTE.
