- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (NO WEEKENDS)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience £12.50 - £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and enquiries.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, quotations, and order tracking.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent, main dealer, or car supermarket environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a keen desire to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team.
- A full UK driving licence.
