Our client, a respected Franchised Dealer is seeking a talented and experienced Senior/Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team. Renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation, they offer a supportive environment where expertise and dedication are valued and rewarded.

As a Senior/Diagnostic Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient diagnosis and repair of complex technical issues, contributing significantly to maintaining the high standards of service expected by clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring and guiding junior technicians, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

Key Details and Benefits of this Position:
  • Monday – Friday worked 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Alternate Saturdays worked 08:00 – 12:30.
  • Basic Salary up to £41,000 with an OTE of up to £49,600 p.a.
  • Enjoy an extra £2,000 on top of the Basic if you hold an EV Qualification!

The ideal Senior Vehicle Technician will possess extensive experience in diagnostics and technical repair, demonstrating a proven track record of success. They will hold relevant qualifications or certifications, such as an NVQ Level 3, and exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You must also have previous experience as a Senior or Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. 

What will your day look like as a Senior / Diagnostic Technician?
  • Conducting Advanced Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Performing Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out intricate repairs and ensure systems are operating at peak performance.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with colleagues across departments to implement technical solutions and improve processes.
  • Documenting Work: Maintain accurate and detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and completed maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance: Uphold safety regulations and industry standards during all aspects of your work.
  • Keeping Up To Date: Stay informed about new tools, technology, and techniques in your field to maintain a cutting-edge skill set.
