- Up to £45k Basic DOE
- 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rotational basis
Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage, motivate, and lead the service team to achieve performance targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
- Monitor service department performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using automotive service software and systems.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Competitive salary with a basic pay of £40k plus a £6k bonus.
