Are you a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician looking to join a busy, high-performing dealership? Our client, a leading Main Dealer in Fareham, is looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. Our Client is a well-established garage that offers a wide range of vehicle services, including MOT testing, servicing, and repairs.

This is a fast-paced and busy site – with workshop lead times now stretching to a month in advance, they are expanding the team to keep up with demand. With strong earning potential, manufacturer training, and career progression opportunities, this is a great opportunity to join a dealership where your hard work is rewarded and recognised.

Your Role as a Vehicle Technician
  • Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
  • Work efficiently to time-saving targets while maintaining quality
  • Write clear and accurate reports on completed work
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and vehicle safety
  • Stay up to date with manufacturer training & development
Who We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Qualified Technician with Workshop Experience
  • Level 2 Technicians Considered with Prior Practical Experience & Willingness to Train
  • MOT Testers & Manufacturer-Trained Techs Encouraged to Apply (Higher Salary Available!)
  • Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills – Strong job write-ups are essential
  • A Team Player Who Works Hard, Has a Sense of Humor, & Takes Pride in Their Work
  • Full UK Driving Licence
