  • Salary is circa £25,000 per annum with access to a bonus scheme paying between £5,000-6,500 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday only 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a 4:00pm Friday finish! No weekends are required.

A not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Service Advisor for our client's large franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea.

Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor where, you will work alongside a workshop team and be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, carry out up-selling of additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress on their vehicle.

The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and deliver the very highest level of customer service resulting in total customer satisfaction. Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor would be highly advantageous, however, is non-essential provided you come from a strong customer service-orientated background and are interested in undertaking a new challenge in the motor trade. A full clean UK driving license with minimal points is essential though. The successful candidate ideally would have experience in Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop Drive; manufacturing system; One Link; and Motability and Service Plans/Emac.
