- Salary: Circa £30,000 + Commission
- Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
- Saturdays: Ad-hoc
Key responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing a professional and friendly experience.
- Managing customer bookings, service schedules, and workshop capacity.
- Using Kerridge to process job cards, invoices, and vehicle records.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
- Keeping customers informed on service progress and costs.
- Handling payments and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Kerridge (or similar DMS) is preferred.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive and sales-driven approach to work.
