- Working Hours: 43 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm, Sat until 12:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
- Salary: £28k - £35k
Key responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing advice and guidance on vehicle servicing and repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage customer expectations
- Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, paperwork, and maintaining customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and communication
- Collaborate with technicians to provide accurate quotes and estimates
- Support the workshop with customer inquiries and requirements
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
- Strong experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
- A good understanding of vehicle repairs, servicing, and hybrid/EV systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience using dealership or garage management systems is advantageous
