Package for the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Realistic OTE: £40,000
- Hours: 40. Weekend work is part of the schedule, operating on a rotation system. Every Saturday and Sundays on rotation
- Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holiday

Requirements of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Passion for motorcycles with extensive knowledge of various motorcycle models and features.
- Proficient in understanding customer needs and providing customised recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and organised in sales and customer service practices.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Confidently engage with customers, offering expert advice and guidance on motorcycle purchases.
- Utilise strong listening skills to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Show initiative in identifying sales opportunities and successfully closing deals.
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance to represent the brand effectively.
- If applying as a trainee, demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practice.
