Bodyshop Parts Advisor.

Our motor trade client is currently looking for an experienced Bodyshop Parts Advisor to join their Accident Repair Team based in Southend-on-sea. If you have hands-on experience in the Automotive Accident Repair industry and a strong knowledge of Car Parts, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor include:
  • Inspect vehicles coming into the Bodyshop and assess the parts that need to be ordered or replaced.
  • Use Audatex to accurately identify and order required parts.
  • Proactively liaise with fitters in the workshop to ensure parts are delivered on time and meet the needs of ongoing repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts orders and stock levels.
  • Ensure that all parts are correctly catalogued and stored.
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients updated on the status of their vehicle repairs and parts availability.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Bodyshop parts and processes.
  • Proficient in using Audatex or similar estimating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively with fitters and other team members.
  • Organised, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Details & Benefits of this Bodyshop Parts Advisor vacancy includes:
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
  • Monday to Friday only – 8.00am to 6.00pm (45 hours per week).
