Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for automobiles and exceptional customer service skills? Our client, a highly successful Main Dealer in Bolton, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their dynamic Service team of 4. 

Your Role as a Service Advisor:
  • As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the automotive workshop.
  • Collaborating closely with the Workshop Control, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage workloads for the Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics.
  • Coordinating and organising tasks, you will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the team, ensuring timely completion of service and repairs.
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to every client, aiming not only to maintain but also to enhance the dealership's reputation.
