Senior Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
  • Salary: Up to £33,000 basic | OTE £50,000+ (uncapped)
  • Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Our client, a leading main dealership, is seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team in Warwick. This role offers excellent earning potential, strong career development, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets.
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer training and quality standards.
  • Perform vehicle health checks with 100% compliance.
Requirements within this Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing.
  • MOT Tester qualification (advantageous).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential).
