As part of our continued commitment to growth and excellence, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their service department customers, delivering a seamless and positive experience from arrival through to the completion of their vehicle’s service and repair. You’ll be responsible for advising customers on the services and products that can enhance their vehicle’s performance and longevity, with a focus on upselling additional work, service plans, and promoting excellent customer satisfaction to achieve a strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.

Details & Benefits of this Vehicle Service Advisor vacancy include:
  • Competitive Basic Salary of up to £28,000 + bonus with a realistic overall earning of £38,000 p.a.
  • Bonus Opportunity offers a minimum of £500 per month however they have Service Advisors earning over £1000 bonus each month, this is based on Upsell, Individual bonus on Labour sales against CSI score.
  • £25 per service plan earnt – an average of 10 per month sold.
  • Systems Used: Kerridge & Onelink.
  • Weekdays Hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
  • The Saturday Rota is 1 in 3, 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
  • Staff discounts on vehicle servicing and products.

Key Requirements as a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor from within a Main Car Dealership or automotive service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and upselling additional products or services.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, customer-centric approach and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • A keen interest in cars and automotive services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of service plans, repair processes, and vehicle maintenance is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
