Requirements of a Service Advisor with our client:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential.
  • Ideally, you have a background in Commercial Vehicles, but experience with passenger cars is also welcome.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills and service knowledge are advantageous.
  • High level of enthusiasm and acute attention to detail are crucial to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Day to Day Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service.
  • Sell labour hours and accurately record vehicle faults.
  • Obtain authority and payments for repairs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
