Car Sales Executive Required in Farnham, Surrey
  • Salary: Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000 per annum 
  • Hours: Monday - Saturday with a set day off in the week + 1 in 4 Sundays worked + Car 
We are currently working with a well-established Automotive Dealership Group covering over 30 sites and representing some the UK's most sought after automotive brands.

They are seeking a Sales Executive to join their expanding Automotive Sales Executive team within their Car Dealership operation. They are seeking a Sales Executive who has experience of retails sales on the high street so previous car sales experience is not necessary. To join and support the work of their Car Sales Department. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and career progression they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area.

Within this Sales Executive role your typical duties will include: 
  • Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of our brand and products
  • Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries as well as from dedicated customer follow-up and prospecting activities, to deliver a truly unique customer experience.
  • Follow the sales process prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
  • Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
  • Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries
  • Carry out an accurate appraisal of all vehicles presented for part exchange
  • Keep updated with the FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business guidelines
  • Achieve Sales Executive accreditation.
  • Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
