You’ll be responsible for leading the workshop, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, and helping drive the team’s performance in line with high service standards. If you’re currently a Workshop Controller, Assistant Service Manager, or a senior tech with leadership experience, this could be a fantastic next step.

- Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am – 1:00pm
- Managing day-to-day workshop operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of technicians
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service
- Keeping on top of health & safety and workshop compliance
- Experience in a main dealer or busy independent workshop
- Previous Workshop Controller or Assistant Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with a drive to improve workshop performance
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
