  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota (08:00 - 13:00)

Our client is a busy Franchised Main Dealer looking for a highly experienced, organised, and motivated Workshop Controller for their site in Guildford.

They are one of the most successful automotive groups in the area. The brand is both challenging and rewarding, and the working environment is high-standard, yet friendly and welcoming.

The successful Workshop Controller will need to:
  • Have a proven track record of running a successful Main Car Dealership workshop
  • Possess excellent management skills and be able to provide strong and supportive leadership
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the workshop
  • Be available to answer queries from colleagues in other departments as well as from customers
