- Location: Near Nuneaton, Warwickshire (CV13)

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a Service Advisor to assist in managing key customer relationships and daily operations from their Head Office in Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Handle daily customer communications—answering technical queries, managing parts and accessories sales, and delivering outstanding service.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support efficient day-to-day operations.
- Sales Management: Respond to enquiries for new and used vehicles, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. While the primary focus will be Polaris and agricultural customers, occasional support for the electric/bike business may be required.
- Administration: Manage CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general administrative duties.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Powersports, agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
- Technical Knowledge: Ideally, candidates will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
- Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
- Location: Candidates should be based locally to the CV13 area.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
