- Basic Salary up to £42,484 Depending on experience + bonus!
- Annual Leave: 31 Days Holiday Per Year (including Bank Holidays)
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00 + optional overtime
- Must have City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in vehicle repair, along with a Master Technician Qualification
Key Responsibilities for a Master Technician:
- Carry out vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards.
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections and services, liaising with Service Advisors and customers to provide timely updates.
- Ensure all Vehicle Health Checks are completed, with accurate paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity, completing all jobs within the specified timeframes.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and road tests, identifying any issues and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards, minimizing repeat repairs.
- Maintain your work area, tools, and equipment in line with health and safety regulations, ensuring vehicles are protected throughout the process.
- A formal qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) as a minimum.
- A Master Technician qualification with relevant experience in a dealership environment.
- Previous experience in diagnostic and fault-finding procedures.
- A full, valid UK manual driving licence.

- A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
- An understanding and adherence to workplace health and safety procedures.
