A highly successful Franchised / Main car Dealer located in South Woodham Ferres is actively seeking an experience and qualified Vehicle Technician to join them in their productive and successful team.
As a Vehicle Technician you will be experienced in vehicle repairs, servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to a very high standard. You must have experience of working to efficiency targets proving that you can work efficiently, ensuring work flows smoothly through the workshop.
Details & Benefits of the Role:
- Contracted Hours: (42 per week worked).
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Alternated Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm.
- Competitive Basic Salary up to £38,000 basic p.a. (depending on skill set and qualifications held).
- Bonus Opportunity of up to £6,000 p.a. on top of the basic salary.

Responsibilities Include:
- Complete general servicing and repairs of vehicle to Company and Manufacture standards.
- Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
- Ensuring that all work is completed safely and complies with Company, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
- Safeguarding and protecting the customer’s vehicle and its contents whilst it is in your care.
- Contributing to the success of the Workshop Team by maintaining the highest standards of work at all times.
The successful Vehicle Technician for this role will have:
- 2-3 years time service as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop.
- A qualification and certificates for NVQ Level 3 – Vehicle Mechanics.
- A full UK driving license.
- You own set of tools.
