Prep Technician-Multi Franchise Luxury Dealer in Bradford
  • Basic Salary-Up to £27,200.00
  • OTE-£30,000
  • Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30, Saturdays and Sundays-Closed (Potential of a 4 day working week to be discussed)
  • 34 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising with service. 
Our client is a luxury multi franchise main dealer franchise in the Bradford area. Working on a well known brand, you will be carrying out pre delivery inspections, minor repairs, fitment of parts and servicing. The ideal candidate will be Level 2 or Level 3 qualified with previous experience as a technician within a main dealer or an independent garage. 

Roles and Responsibilities of a Prep Technician:
  • Accurately and skillfully undertaking the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, ensuring that every job meets the required standards, including the completion of any administrative processes.
  • Ensuring that all repair work is completed to the highest standard and within factory timescales.
  • Evaluating the condition of every vehicle worked on and, where necessary, reporting and documenting all additional work required on both systems and job cards.
  • Where applicable, fully explain to customers what is required for a technical repair using language that the customer fully understands.
  • Liaising with other departments to facilitate the timely and accurate servicing and repair of vehicles. 
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand and industry guidelines.
The Ideal Prep Technician will be:
  • A minimum of NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualified, Level 3 would be desirable. 
  • Previous main dealer or independent garage experience is essential.
  • A customer centred approach 
  • A full UK driving license.

  • An OTE of £30,000
