Service Receptionist & Administrator required in Liverpool.
  • Service Reception & Administrator Salary: £25,300 per year
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with varied shifts (7am-4pm / 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm)
  • Additional Requirement: Rotational Saturdays as overtime (8am-12pm)
Our client, a well-established Commercial Main Dealer with an excellent reputation, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Reception & Administrator. In this role, you will be a pivotal part of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities in this Service Administrator role:
  • Maintain accurate service department records and systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration between dealership systems and manufacturer/distributor systems.
  • Conduct all transactions with precision, maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • Provide a consistently professional and courteous welcome to all visitors.
  • Record and promptly deliver messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure efficient telephone communication, especially during busy times and meetings.
  • Enhance the reputation through all interactions.
  • File completed invoiced job card histories and perform annual archiving of job cards.
  • Maintain order numbers and invoice retail customers as needed.
  • Liaise with clients in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Review booking availability, schedule vehicles, and accurately document bookings based on customer requirements.
  • Raise defect-related estimates accurately and promptly.
