Vehicle Parts Controller Required in Cardiff
  • Starting salary between £30-35,000 per annum.
  • 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Chance to join an expanding independent accident repair centre operating for over 20 years in South Wales.
Due to an internal promotion our client, a large automotive accident repair group located in Cardiff, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Parts Controller to join their team. 

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team, you will support our client's production team by providing replacement vehicle parts in a well-organised and timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for all vehicle parts enquiries and must be able to make purchases understanding the commercial benefits gained from different sources. In addition, you will also manage and control our client's vehicle paint and sundry stocks. 

To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience, ideally working within an accident repair environment or with the Autoflow software system, however, our client is flexible with this. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with the Autoflow bodyshop management system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner.Any experience with vehicle parts procurement would be a big bonus!

  • Starting salary between £30-35,000 per annum pending experience. 
  • 28 days annual leave rising to 33 days after 5 years of service.
  • Optional overtime subject to availability paid at a time and a half rate.
