Automotive Administrator – Fleet Company
  • Salary: £31,285 + Career Progression Opportunities
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 36 hours per week – Monday to Friday ONLY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Automotive Administrator to join a busy and growing Fleet Management Company based in Guildford. If you’re a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

This position offers the chance to become part of a dynamic and supportive team, with clear pathways for progression and development in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across fleet operations.
  • Maintain and update records accurately across multiple systems.
  • Support scheduling, planning, and coordination of vehicle services, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of fleet activities.
  • Monitor deadlines, compliance, and documentation to ensure vehicles meet legal and operational requirements.
  • Assist in generating reports, data analysis, and performance tracking to drive efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, both internal and external.
Skills & Experience Required: 
  • Proven administrative experience within a busy and fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage your workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of data handling.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths – Grade 9-4 (A* - C) essential.
