- Working Hours: 36 hours per week – Monday to Friday ONLY

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across fleet operations.
- Maintain and update records accurately across multiple systems.
- Support scheduling, planning, and coordination of vehicle services, inspections, and maintenance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of fleet activities.
- Monitor deadlines, compliance, and documentation to ensure vehicles meet legal and operational requirements.
- Assist in generating reports, data analysis, and performance tracking to drive efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, both internal and external.
- Proven administrative experience within a busy and fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage your workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel).
- The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of data handling.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths – Grade 9-4 (A* - C) essential.
- Monday to Friday working – No weekends required!
