Our client, an independent, family run, well-established German vehicle specialist garage based in Leatherhead, Surrey, has a fantastic opportunity for a virtual Service Advisor. 

They are seeking an Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or a similar Automotive Service Environment. This role is integral to the success of the garage, and the rewards and benefits reflect this:

Day to day duties will include but not limited to: 
  • Taking Bookings for customers vehicles 
  • Understanding and interpreting customers concerns with their vehicles.
  • Keeping customers updated, time frames when their vehicle will be ready for 
  • Collection after being worked on from the mechanics 
  • Promoting exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Upselling additional products and services to suit the customers needs.
