Our client is a reputable and busy main dealer who are actively looking for a Parts Manager to join their team in Braintree. They are looking for an efficiently organised and motivated character to join their team with at least 3 years parts advisor experience as well as a strong knowledge of vehicle parts and stock management processes.
The ideal Parts manager candidate will be resilient and committed to their work, as well as bringing a positive and energetic attitude into the workplace. You will have a deep understanding of vehicle parts and stock processes and hold the ability to work independently.
Benefits and info of this Parts Manager role:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00pm.
- 1 in 2 Saturdays worked 8:00 am – 1:00pm – decreasing to 1 in 3!
- OTE potentials of £40,000 p.a!
- 22 days holiday + Bank holidays.
- 3+ years of parts advisor experience in the automotive industry.
- High Standard of communication skills.
- Ambitious and ready for career progression into a parts Manager role.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Manage the day to day running of the department whilst setting clear targets to meet.
- Holding regular 1-2-1s with staff regarding performance.
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of vehicle parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Overseeing the ordering and receiving of vehicle parts to ensure accuracy.
