My client is a reputable automotive repair centre specialising in high-end vehicle refurbishment, serving prestigious brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi. Their focus is on delivering exceptional quality and service, combining prestige standards with efficient volume capabilities.

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer to prepare and paint the vehicle side or front ends to a high standard. This role includes repairing damage from bumper scuffs to chips, scratches, and minor dents, with occasional full paint jobs on chippy front ends. No welding or jig work is involved, focusing on light panel repairs.
 
Responsibilities for this Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Body Shop Technician include:
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including masking and detailing.
  • Apply paint to vehicles following current legislation and quality standards.
  • Complete repair work independently as a Paint Sprayer.
  • Occasionally perform polishing tasks to enhance paint finishes.
Requirements for this Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Body Shop Technician include:
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in body shop or smart repair preferred.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent would be beneficial
  • Have a good eye for detail 
  • Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work.
  • Familiarity with prestige dealership standards beneficial.
