Car Sales Executive needed in Colchester!

Our client is a busy and reputable Main Dealer based in Colchester looking for a Car sales executive to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will have Car sales experience and bring a positive and motivated character into the workplace.

What is in it for you as a car sales executive?
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 6:00pm, with a day off in the week.
  • Saturdays worked 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • NO SUNDAYS WORKED.
  • Basic Salary of £24,000 p.a with realistic OTEs of £44,000 (this is based on averages set, however much more can be achieved!).
  • Company car can be provided.
Day to day features of this car sales role:
  • Guide customers through a smooth journey for the initial welcome to the handover of their vehicle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Utilise effective sales techniques to maximize profitability.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, preparation, and handover.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will have the ability to use your social skills to build customer relationships in order to hit targets in a process-driven environment, whilst providing phenomenal levels of customer service.
