Our client, a leading main car dealership, is seeking a Workshop Controller with a focus on automation to join our team and help streamline our service operations. As a Workshop Controller working with this brand, you’ll be part of a dynamic, professional environment where you can gain valuable experience in the automotive industry and advance your career!

The ideal Workshop Controller candidate for this role will be a proactive leader with experience in workshop management, knowledge of automotive and excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Day to day features of being a Workshop Controller:
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Monitor technician performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
