They are looking for an experienced Administrator with a good eye for detail to join their team providing excellent customer services, support for the service and warranty team. As well as externally and maintaining internal and external customer relationships. Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, hardworking, deliver excellent customer service and be a team player as well as being able to work alone.
Our Client is offering the successful Warranty Administrator:
- A competitive Basic Salary of up to £27,000
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40 Hour Week)

- Previous Experience within the Motor trade is desirable but not essential!
- Review warranty job cards and process claims accordingly.
- Check all warranty claims for accuracy.
- Liaising with relevant personnel to ensure claims are processed on a timely basis.
- Ensuring that all outstanding claims are chased where applicable.
- Ensure all paperwork is tied up efficiently and effectively.
- Effective team player
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure
- The ability to provide high levels of customer care
- Willingness to help both internal and external customers
- Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
- IT Proficient
