Our client, a reputable HGV dealership and recovery business in Horsham, West Sussex, is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor to join their team. This role combines Service Advising responsibilities with Accounts Assistant duties, offering a varied and engaging workload.

Duties of a Commercial Service Advisor:
  • Perform regular Service Advising tasks, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Handle invoicing, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
  • Support bookkeeping activities as needed.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Service Department, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
What Our Client is Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (car experience is acceptable; automotive commercial background is not essential).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in bookkeeping and compliance tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
