Car Sales Executive Required for Car Dealership 

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom

Company: Our client's family-run car dealership in Crawley offers a blend of a relaxed atmosphere and a dynamic "work hard, play hard" ethos. They are currently seeking a Sales Executive to work alongside and support their small, dedicated team of 4x Sales Executives. 

Pay: £15k Basic Salary - £45k + Uncapped OTE  selling new and used 

Hours: 5 Days per week with 1 in 3 Sundays on a rota 

Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive with our client:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from our diverse inventory
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, services, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in car sales or a similar retail sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and local market is a plus
