Our client is seeking 2 dedicated MOT Testers to join their state-of-the-art workshop in Farnborough. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a cutting-edge facility featuring two brand-new 4-poster MOT bays and a rolling road.

Responsibilities of an MOT Tester:
- Conduct MOT tests to DVSA standards, ensuring every vehicle meets road safety and emission regulations.
- Diagnose faults, advise on necessary repairs, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop.
- Support the workshop team when required, contributing to a smooth-running operation.
Requirements for the Role:
- A valid MOT Tester license is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
