We’re looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive who is enthusiastic and customer-focused to join their dynamic team.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the success of our dealership by providing a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs, guiding them through our premium vehicle offerings, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of luxurious and state-of-the-art vehicles, supported by a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate premium vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the dealership’s reputation and ensure a customer-centric environment.
Who They Are Looking For in the right Sales Executive:
  • Previous experience in Franchise Dealer Car Sales, ideally in the premium sector.
  • A passion for premium automotive brands and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A professional approach, with attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
