Our automotive client is currently on the hunt for a skilled and driven Master Technician to join their team. As a Master Technician here, not only will you be working for a reputable independent car dealership, but you will also have the opportunity to work on prestige vehicles day to day!
The company we are representing are a highly successful dealership who have built up quite the reputation over the years for delivering an excellent service with 4.9 star ratings across the boards!

  • Basic salary up to £70,000 p.a!
  • Monday – Friday worked 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • 2 in 4 Saturdays worked 8:00am – 1:30pm

As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex technical repairs and diagnostics on a variety of systems and equipment. You will act as a mentor and leader to a team of technicians, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In addition to this you will have at least 10 year of senior / master technician experience as well as a full, clean UK Driving License.  

What will your day look like as master technician?
  • Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on [specific equipment, systems, or vehicles relevant to your industry].
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior technicians, offering technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and diagnostics for compliance and quality control.
