- Location: Croydon
- Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Provide first-class, professional customer service, resolving enquiries, payments, and complaints efficiently.
- Greet customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Undertake general administrative duties to ensure a smooth workflow in the service reception.
- Provide repair estimates, price quotations, and repair suggestions to customers.
- Register new vehicles and ensure accurate invoicing and vehicle taxing.
- Source unavailable parts from suppliers and coordinate delivery or pass orders to stock control.
- Handle all internal and external customer and supplier interactions with courtesy and professionalism.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in a Parts or Service Advisor role.
- Strong PC literacy and familiarity with administrative procedures.
- Understanding of the commercial vehicle aftermarket operation is highly desirable.
