An excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established Main Dealer in Warrington. The successful Vehicle Technician will need to have a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification and experience working in a Main Dealer is preferable. A UK driving license will also be required.

Within this Vehicle Technician role your typical duties will include:
  • Identify, observe, and report any defects or early signs of failure in vehicles or components.
  • Accurately complete and sign off on all service records, customer defect reports, manufacturer paperwork, and electronic documentation (e.g. PDI sheets).
  • Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide verbal or written reports on the vehicle's condition, safety, reliability, and performance (MOT).
  • Safeguard vehicles during repairs to prevent damage, and check for any issues or cleanliness concerns after completing repairs.
  • Attend required training courses as needed and assist in mentoring apprentices when assigned.
  • Always obtain prior approval before fitting unapproved parts to customer vehicles, and ensure parts are returned for warranty or customer inspection.
