  • Salary: £40,000 OTE 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Manufacturer Training and Development

Our client is a well respected family-run dealership based within Hinckley, They are seeking an experienced SMART Repairer to join their busy workshop.

As a SMART Repairer, you will be a vital member of the team, responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest quality standards.

SMART Repairer responsibilities:
  • Preparing vehicles for painting
  • Masking vehicles before painting
  • Carrying out minor filler repairs
  • Performing additional tasks as needed
  • Ensuring all work meets exceptional quality standards
  • Keeping workspaces and tools organised and well-maintained
  • Upholding high standards of housekeeping
Requirements of a SMART Repairer:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Repair (or time-served)
  • At least 2 years experience in car body repair / painting
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
