Our client is a well regarded main dealership based within Hinckley. They're currently looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee their bodyshop operations.  

The bodyshop primarily focuses on prepping, painting, and smart repairs, so experience in these areas would be highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled team in a professional environment where your expertise will be appreciated.

Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out to manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and workflow within the bodyshop.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance and company policies.
Requirements of a Bodyshop Manager:
  • Previous experience in a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of smart repairs, paintwork, and bodyshop processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
