- Location: London area
- Salary: Achievable earnings of £41,700 OTE – DOE
- Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift basis for the hour
- 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (50-minute break)
Key Responsibilities as a Technician With our Client:
- Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled services, and repairs on a range of vehicles to ensure peak performance and safety.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct roadside and on-site repairs for customers, ensuring minimal vehicle downtime.
- Complete routine inspections, fluid checks, and part replacements as part of scheduled maintenance plans.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, explaining vehicle issues and repair options clearly.
- Liaise with customers to schedule maintenance visits and communicate repair progress.
- Maintain a detailed log of all work completed, including parts used and customer interactions.
- Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed while performing mobile repairs.
- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician.
- Electric vehicle qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in diverse locations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must be in commutable distance of London and happy to drive throughout the city.
