Report to the Marketing Manager. Support the marketing department to deliver successful marketing campaigns, activities and communications to a targeted audience to increase lead generation, grow retention and build awareness.
Other duties will consist of the below but are not limited to the following:
- Working with our client's partner agency to plan Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns and ensuring the campaigns are up to date.
- Analysing PPC campaigns, making adaptive reactions to amend and improve conversion ratios.
- Reviewing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) performance, carrying out recommendations based on SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Growing social media engagement through our client's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Identifying new and emerging social media platforms for consideration.
- Planning, creating, scheduling, and reporting on social media campaigns in conjunction with our client's partner agency.
- Monitoring and updating the company website to ensure the accuracy of content, posting of relevant material and ensuring brand compliance.
- Ensuring the website is always operating in line with Google algorithm updates and making the changes required to continually improve keyword rankings.
- Reviewing analytics to help make innovative recommendations and suggestions.
- Write, edit and proof-reading material for online communications to an excellent standard, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding and design.
- Creating email campaigns involving copywriting, design and data selection.
- Reviewing email campaign analytics and making recommendations and suggestions.
