- Starting salary up to £26-30,000 per annum however this is negotiable pending experience.
- Working hours are 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday . Overtime available at 1.5x rate!

Reporting to the Business Owner and working alongside a workshop team, you will need to be a confident relationship builder, be able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues with their vehicle whilst delivering a first class service, also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will greet customers in to the building and book their vehicles in for associated repair work, have extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, up-sell on additional products and services where possible, and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle whilst taking payments for work completed. Full training will be provided from the Senior Service Advisor from their other garage.
The successful Service Advisor candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills along with IT literacy would be of high priority. Due to the nature of this role, recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor would be advantageous however this is non-essential provided you come from a strong customer service orientated background and have an interested in starting a new career in the motor trade. Liaising with the vehicle manufacturer to authorise warranty repairs, and a general knowledge of warranty procedures would be advantageous but is not essential. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential though.
